Patrick Nelson
Patrick Nelson is an experienced accident reconstructionist and criminal investigator with a career spanning law enforcement, criminal defense, and advanced forensic analysis. He has conducted comprehensive traffic crash investigations involving serious injury and fatal collisions, applying principles of vehicle dynamics, scene geometry, human factors, and physical evidence analysis to develop scientifically supported conclusions. His work includes detailed scene documentation, forensic mapping, collision modeling, and expert report preparation, as well as courtroom testimony explaining complex reconstruction findings in a clear, defensible manner. With extensive training through nationally recognized programs and hands-on experience supporting legal defense strategies, his investigative approach emphasizes accuracy, methodology, and effective case representation.
In addition to his accident reconstruction expertise, Patrick Nelson served in specialized law enforcement assignments requiring advanced analytical, tactical, and investigative skills. As a member of a Special Assignments Unit, he conducted complex investigations involving open-source intelligence, covert surveillance, and high-risk operations. He led and trained personnel in tactical response, mission planning, and risk mitigation while coordinating joint operations with local, state, and federal partners. This experience strengthened his ability to manage complex cases, evaluate threats, and operate effectively in high-pressure environments—skills that directly support thorough investigative analysis and expert case preparation.
